Screen printing

Why choose screen printing?
Unrivalled print quality and exceptional durability.
Screen printing is the most suitable printing method for medium to large-scale projects. Costs vary according to the number of colors printed. We therefore prefer screen printing when your design involves six colors or less.

For screen printing only, we use the Pantone® Coated color chart to mix our inks. For accurate color visualization, please consult a physical Pantone® chart or visit our workshop to view it with our team.
The colors displayed on a screen can vary considerably from reality, which is why it’s important to check in person for optimal rendering.

What makes the price of screen printing vary?
The price of screen printing depends mainly on the number of colors in your design. The size of the print has no impact on the price.
We always advise our customers to reduce the number of printing colors in order to lower the cost of a screen printing project.
Certain surcharges may apply depending on the situation. For example:
- A dark fabric print will require an underbase to render the colors.
- Printing on polyester material requires the use of a specialized ink, which is slightly more expensive.
- An unconventional printing location (sleeve, pocket or other specific placement) will require additional handling in order to print.
How durable is screen printing?
Screen printing is one of the most durable methods of textile printing. The plastisol inks used are resistant to washing and wear, ensuring a long life for your prints.
