    Isacord Charter
  • What are the set-up costs for embroidery?

The only set-up fee for embroidery is the die. An embroidery matrix is a digital file we create from your design to guide the embroidery machine. We transform it into a series of precise instructions, such as stitch direction and fill type, to faithfully reproduce your image on fabric.

The cost of an embroidery die is 60$ and we keep them on file indefinitely. So you won’t have to pay for it again in the future if you have the exact same design embroidered.

  • How does the price of embroidery vary?

The price of embroidery depends on the number of stitches in the design, not the number of colors. A denser design with more details to embroider and a larger surface to fill will cost more.

We always advise our customers to reduce the size of the embroidery and the number of locations in order to lower the cost of an embroidery project.

Certain surcharges may apply depending on the situation. For example:

An unconventional printing location (sleeve, pocket or other specific placement) will require additional handling in order to print.

  • How durable is embroidery?

Embroidery is the most durable printing method, as the threads are sewn directly into the fabric. It is more resistant to frequent washing and wear.
